Uni-Jack Supplemental Floor Support
The Uni-Jack Floor Support system provides supplemental support for sagging and undersized beams, help restore stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.
Once installed in your crawl space, the engineered 12,000 lbs Uni-Jack supports can help with sub-flooring problems such as sloping, overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level level door frames.
Although the Uni-Jack may not bring the sub-flooring back to its original level it will offer supplemental support for years to come. In addition, Universal Pest & Termite will offer an optional service plan that will cover any changes or adjustments needed upon a yearly inspection.
