When I first moved into my house there was a pest problem, I used a different company and the problem did not go away. Someone told me about Universal Pest so I switched over and have been so happy with the quarterly service. If I ever have an issue between my scheduled services, they have come out very quickly and fixed the issue. David Shafer has been my technician a few times and he is the most thorough technician I have had, he explains what he’s doing and why, tells you about the products and what they do and suggests ways to keep the home pest free. I would HIGHLY suggest this company!

David Lopez is very thorough and provides advice every scheduled visit on when to call back if a problem should arise. I recently used the services for extensive rodent control and was very impressed with the results. The guys were able to accommodate me before the new year and did a fantastic job. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. All of my questions were answered and an inspection was completed afterwards to insure that everything was done correctly.
